Contest Brief

I am in need of a flyer to promote cooking classes. There are 10 different classes spanning three months.

Classes are Monday, 3:45 pm - 5:45 pm, Wednesday 3:45 pm - 5:45 pm, or Friday 6:00 - 9:00 pm. The dates are:

3/24
3/26
3/31
4/2
4/4
4/7
4/9
4/11
4/14
4/16
5/2
5/9

Once the design is finalized I'll give you class names to drop in. Ideally I would like a file that I can edit going forward.

This will print on an 8.5 x 11 size sheet with 1/4" all around so no full bleeds, please.

Last but not least these are classes for children 10+.

I don't want to get too focused on the chef in the branding - the initial chef is Chef Sue but I know she plans to bring other chefs in to teach sessions. The class types are breads, sweets, vegetables, and allergen free cooking for these specific classes.

The color scheme is up to the designer, which I'm not, but I like colorful, bright things as we want these fliers to stand out in the crowd and get picked up by children. There is no logo for this yet.

Is there a certain color scheme or logo you want in the design? Are these classes for beginners, or people who have general knowledge of cooking? Are these easy foods, or more advanced?
