Design a Flyer for Brand Capital (Part of Times Group)

Contest Brief

Brand Capital is a part of the The Times Group (also referred as Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd.), the largest mass media company in India. We are looking to redesign a flyer for Brand Capital. Old flyer has been attached. Following points should be kept in mind while desigining the flyer:

1. The flyer shall be printed on an A4 sheet, back to back and folded from the middle (like a booklet)
2. Brand Capital Philosophy and Brand Capital Mission on page one need not be retained. The rest of the text should stay. The logo should also appear somewhere. I have attached the logo separately. The look and feel of the page has to be changed though. You can go wild with ideas to make it look more appealing visually. Can introduce illustrations, icons, etc., but all that needs to be original.
3. Page 2 and Page 3 will be about Brand Estate, Springboard, Cerebrand, Equitace Capital and Brandscope. The write-up needs to remain the same in all cases. Also, individual icons for each of these have also been attached, which need to go into the flyer. However, apart from that it's all yours to experiment with. Try adding images wherever possible. Visually stunning, that is what we are looking for!
4. Page 4 - text remains the same. Do whatever you like with the rest of the space. Need to mention the email id at the bottom (brandcapital@timesgroup.com).
5. Designing, although needs to be original, but should go along with the existing logos.

7. All the logos have been attached as vector files and have also been pasted in a keynote presentation.

Winning designers could also be given an opportunity for other design related work. We are unable to commit at present to the size of the subsequent potential brief.
