I require a flyer to be printed on a standard A4 page.

My business is offering website services for $250 for a full design package.
I need the flyer to include a few images 1 being my logo which is supplied - an image that bests describes our services (web design)
and some text in a good corporate type font stating:
Our package includes:
" -Professional Website
-Google XML Sitemap
-Social Media Integration
-SEO Integration for 6 Months"
"I would also like in there " We are a locally owned business and are supporting other local businesses to get started by offering competitive rates on all web design services.

As i cant display my details i will need a space left for company name, phone,email and website.
