     I think that the winning design is not in Word. Clearly it can be seen it's InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop.

  @ Contest holder: Since you are a law firm, ask yourself are you buying brochure with copyrighted photos? I'm not sure that freelancers that you selected have copyrights for them :)
