I want a new and improved banner for my website http://www.pink-cuffs.com, the size needs to be 500px width by 125px height

I have lots of photos on the home page of my website, use them to make the banner http://www.pink-cuffs.com
attached is my best logos both white and pink

include the following text: Gorgeous Girl Models Wearing Handcuffs... "wearing handcuffs" should be bold
