Hello,

I am looking for a talented and creative graphic designer to do a banner for a website using the instructions below. The website will contain audio recordings of different English dialects with additional resources. As the recorded voices are reading a script from a Greek piece of Medea (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medea), the title of the website will be Medea – Media E-learning Dialects Of English for Actors.

- Fixed size 960px width x 250px height
- Use the picture attached as an idea of how the banner should look like. However, any creative suggestions and changes are more than welcome.
- The bronze mask needs to be redesigned by yourself into something that could potentially be used as a logo (keeping similar bronze colours)
- It's not necessary for the fonts to be the same as the Symbol or Adobe ones used in the sketch attached, any attractive and good looking (professional) fonts are welcome
- The other “royal conservatoire” logo can be used from here: http://goo.gl/nJ1Byg and should not be interfered with or change in any way.

The expectation is that you will create a professional looking banner for the appropriate theme and purpose of the website as described above and redesigning the mask into something that I can later use as logo.

  The website doesn't exist yet, it's in construction, hence the need for a banner. The colours used will be white background - towards silver, some blue headings and a bit of bronze in some places
