Design a 6x2.5 inch banner for printing to promote my website

The website is for SouthAsian (Indian and Pakistani) Fashion and Wedding Vendors in US. People can find and contact vendors that serve SouthAsian (Indian and Pakistani) community locally in US. People can search by state and find Hair and Makeup Artists, Photographers, DJs, Wedding Planners, Clothing and Jewelry Designers, etc.

They can also Find Local Fashion and Bridal Events and also buy tickets for any Entertainment Events.

Need someone to come up with Creative ideas and will hire for long term as will need new banners on monthly basis.
