Hello designers! Greetings.
Another quick competition.

I just had a competition for some electronic facebook flier (https://www.freelancer.com/contest/Alter-some-Images-1073272.html); now I would like a sign done.

The dimension of the sign is 6 foot by 3 foot or 72 inches by 36 inches.
This sign will be printed on aluminum and I would appreciate good quality non-pixelated graphic. I would like all vector files to be submitted with the design.

The sign should have the following information:

Delaware State University Courses Offered Here! (please use logo provided along with tag line)
Tel: 1.876.992.9173 (telephone icon acceptable)
WhatsApp: 1.876.561.8989 (whatsapp icon acceptable)

• I would like this sign to be an eye-catcher and can be seen from 40 – 50 meters away.
• Please use rich, vibrant colours.
• For image, I am thinking the upper torso of two to four professionals with a pleasant look on their faces. Please use predominantly African American images or a mixture – black, white, Hispanic half black and half white race. They can be positioned wherever you feel comfortable.

I know you folks will do a great job.

    Good morning Designers. Your submissions has made it so very hard for me to choose which banner I want. You all did a splendid job which is what's making it so even more difficult for me. I am about to select the banner I want to use as my sign. Remember, you are all winners. Please, also keep in mind that I will be needing all the files including the vector files.     Thanks for your submissions. I admire your inspiration. A few things: 1. The sign will be a horizontal sign and 2. These courses targets 'adult' learners; usually persons already working (with the exception of some college graduates) - service workers in the education/teaching, banking, hospitality industry etc. It would be great if the photos reflects such. Thanks.
