I'm finding a lot of ads which aren't exactly what I want so I want it to look like the ad I have added from http://strathconasquare.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/westside_openhouse.jpg Please create something like this. (without their pictures) and my logo and information.

We will be giving away door prizes of over $5000 in gifts, grand prize of free hearing aids and buy one get one 1/2 off sale only for the open house, walk away with hearing aids! Free hearing screenings and hearing aid demos all day! Refreshments and snacks included

UPDATE: I've found an ad that I like and it's already created, it's from http://strathconasquare.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/westside_openhouse.jpg please create a similar ad with the picture of the ears the same and just have different pictures for professionals. If it's close to what I want, I can edit it on Photoshop myself, I need it in the next 5 hours though. THANKS!

I was going for a VERY eye catchy type of design, a design that couldn't be missed when someone's browsing through the newspaper.
