3 D Animation -

The following is a request for a proposal to create a 3-D. animation synced to voice. Blue Screen background. Animated character is to be based on a photograph of a real person that will be supplied by the client. Proposal to provide a non-binding "estimate" TIME AND TOTAL COST

Please quote one or both of the following options. Preference is to select from OPTION #2 responses.

OPTION #1 Voice recording being supplied by the client.

OPTION #2 voice recording being created by an animator from the script supplied by the client

PROCESS

• Proposals to be submitted with experience and references.
o Opportunity for Q/A both ways - clarifications etc.

• The three top proposals will be selected to provide refinements to the proposal after a non-disclosure agreement is signed.
o Examples of work
o Perhaps a demo
o References
o Q / A between the animation profession and client

• A final animator will be ultimately selected, and the project will be awarded.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ANIMATION to be addressed in the Proposal

The objective of the project. Create an automated set of separate statements by an Animated character of scripted statements in sequence -

Start with logo to be supplied

Introduction the process by the animated character
• Estimated time for the introduction 90 seconds
• Voice reading script
• Animation synced to voice

Each scripted statement will be
• Animated character makes a statement
• Estimated time per statement 60 seconds
• Voice reading script
• Animation synced to voice

Assume there will be 20 statements

Closing the process
• animated character provides a closing statement
• Estimated time for the Closing 60 seconds
• Voice reading script
• Animation synced to voice

End with logo to be supplied
