This contest is to find the best person to build our site, start to finish.
Our website is designed for lead capture, credit application capture, member sign-up, and to provide our members information and resources.
The target market is credit challenged customers.
The company offers:
Free credit rebuilding plans and resources.
Credit Rebuilding Credit Cards.
Set up of credit monitoring.
Automobile sales and loans.
Motorsport sales and loans.
I have included a primitive site drawing from a customer and operational (employee) perspective. Logo and Branding is completed already.

The main purpose of this contest is to find someone that will provide us with best plan to execute this site start to launch.
It is a generous fee to provide us:

Execution Plan - Start to Completion (Page Copy will be provided by us)
Your ideas to improve our site (operational and technical)
Provide your response by in writing or by video .....both would be best.

We have chosen this incentive format to find someone (long term) that works and communicates well with our non technical team.
