The contest is to create UI/UX design for ITSM product. Technical task:
- Service Desk view (It should contain list of tickets registered with support and possibility to filter them by different fields. Some fields may be Ticket Number, Assigned agent, Data, Update Date, Short Description, Basic chart about current report. This view should also contain wizard to create new Ticket going through categories)
- Ticket Details (This view should contain conversation between end user and agent, Basic information about ticket, attached files and initial request. It should be possible to write comment and update ticket details)
- List of self service. This are boxes elements or list tended to be as an option to execute some automation (For example create user, reset password or order laptop) When selecting specific self service it will open form and will offer possibility to submit it.
- List of software. Create something similar to application store where you can select individual application, check details of application and possibility this application to be ordered for installation
The main goal is to create good looking professional design for this portal. You can check other ITSM system for inspirations like Jira or others. Also there should be possibility to adjust branding of portal (Logo, colors and may be layout).
