Contest Brief

Hello,

Help me build a simple website template! I want webpage to be sleek, uncluttered and inviting to use.

Please select 1 image(attached below) for EACH of the 3 listed below for the website design:
1 - Iowa Realty logo (Note: this image will be small, but has to be included)
1 - Image of downtown Des Moines (Note: this will be the Main image of the website)
1 - Agent image (Note: this will be small)

All image options are attached. You choose!

There will be about 4-6 main links to different web pages(examples- Home, Buyers, Sellers, Property search). You can create/place the links wherever you think looks best...you do no have to use tabs. Have this in mind - when in doubt - Keep it simple! (:

The winner of the contest will be invited to build the FULL Website. The full website scope is attached. The project cost for the full site is still to be determined, but will be $750-1250. That will be the eventual website. The winner will also be invited to help with business cards, stationary and an overall corporate ID for me...

This is just a simply contest to create a website template/design... Then the major part of the website will be created... I will post a project for the website $750-1200 for the project - NOTE: The Top designers will be invited to bid on the project.
