I have a model working within the admin panel, however i need to create a view to add multiple items within a cart and sum those items. Need to create the view functions and make html buttons to add items and sum those items in the cart

Hello. I saw your post and jumped here. You can make view Cart in your views.py and make models in your models.py which you will store the the value of cart item to the database. But it is not good practice. You can use javascript for it.Javascript provides you localStorage method which will allow user to store item in their browser until the user clear his localStorage.I can make help you for this.

Hi, I can help you with this, but I'd love to know what you're using for front end, if it is any JavaScript front-end framework like react? or just normal HTML view for django? also I will most likely need your view script or html to help you swiftly integrate, rather than you going through all the stress of first understanding my own code and integrating it into yours
