Each meeting room has its own display, so once meeting owner is there, they see their meeting details on the screen, they sign on, so now application shows that meeting is taking place, if meeting owner did not sign on within a time specified by the admin then room is released.

Ever had this happen to you?

“a guy is trying to book a meeting room , phones the admin, admin doesn’t answer, calls again later, het got hold of her ask her to book a room, she/he not sure which room is available when, so she tells him that she will check and get back to him, he phones again to remind her, she calls back and confirm the room …”

At the time of meeting, oups 2 different group of people are at the same meeting room for 2 different meeting , one group now has to find another room, they go around the office trying to find a room ..finally they got a room …

Well, I bookmarked this contest - it will be interesting to see how someone will make you a unique video without even knowing the name of your company, not to mention having your logo and other stuff necessary to create a decent video.

dear contest holder, I Think the information is not enough for this matter. please clarify exactly what you want. do you want your new unique video to be made based on website video pieces? or do you want an animation for promotion? what is the content to be considered for this video? is that going to be published (distributed) on web like your website videos? Please make these issues clear. then I'll start working on the project. Thanks in Advance
