I have a 1 Minute Video from a News article that was done on my Client. I need it shortened down to the Maximum allowable length on Instagram and made to fit the screen size for it. Have attached Logos to use as a water mark in video and also start image if desired. Its more of a teaser trailer so they can link it to their facebook feed for the full length video

Must have a good english knowledge to make sure the best parts are taken out and when strung together make sense. Doesn't need to be extravagant just convey important parts

Picture in Picture is acceptable too if needed to add extra scenes.
