Looking for a short, 4K animation representing a business / communication / logistics network within the USA. Check out the examples below to see the kind of thing I'm looking for...

...but keep in mind, those all focus on the entire planet. I'm looking for a version that just focuses on the USA. It can show other areas to a certain extent (Canada/Central America/The north part of South America etc), but the network/lines should only be in the US.

So the network will start on the east or west coast and then spread out across the country. Can't be a flat network, needs to be 3D arcs like in the examples. The camera will be pretty close to the US, so you probably won't need any kind of star background like in the examples. Slight camera movement to add a bit of interest. Up to you whether you go for a stylized flat Earth/map style, like in the second clip... or more realistic like the first clip.

Just to note, the clips are more or less in order, or which ones I prefer when it comes to the overall aesthetic.

Not sure how many points are required on the network... enough to make it look like a large network, not too many so that it looks cluttered. I'm going to make a guess at 20 to 30 different points... maybe a few more, maybe a few less.

Minimum 10 seconds, maximum 20 seconds. The final deliverable should be split into two layers... 1) the background (the USA/Map part) and 2) the actual network (white lines with a transparent background, so I can separately color and add glow effects as required). Needs to be your own work, no stock videos.

4K resolution at 3840x2160. No audio required. High quality MOV file in Photo JPEG or ProRes... PNG with Alpha for the lines. I think that covers everything.

Could you go a little more into detail about the 2 layers? I'll be using Cinema 4D so the final product will be a 3d animation in .mov format.

  3d animation in .mov format for the top layer, and 3d animation in .mov format for the bottom layer... it's just that all the lines and impact points will be on the top layer, and everything else will be on the bottom layer. Then I can add colours and effects to the lines, independent of the rest of the animation.

Hi, an interesting project!
What is your target framerate? PAL, NTSC, 30, or the rare but high-quality 60?
If I were to add an effect to mark each connected city, I'm assuming that it would also be a separate image sequence / layer, so that the glow etc effect could be adjusted at will. Is this correct?
