We require a logo for our new organisation that will be connected with spreading happiness throughout the world.

The basic design brief for this image/logo is a lush pair of ladies facial lips wearing red lipstick with white teeth showing and she should be laughing. To reflect the global reach, this whole image is to made up of tiny individual images of different people in their respective clothing or uniform, also reflecting their ethnicity eg. Young soldier, Old white man in regular clothes, black young woman in sports wear, Indian Doctor, British firefighter, African nurse, Chinese scientist, and any combination of various trades and types of work or recreation activities (to be supplied if required) etc etc.

Those appearing within the lips will require a predominantly red hue (with different shading) so that when viewed as a whole the lipstick appears bright red. Likewise for white for the teeth.

When the logo is viewed as a whole (for example, as a web site logo), these small people will appear as pixels making up the image, but when "zoomed in", the detail of the individuals, and their associated type, will be visible.

By way of an example, I attach an image demonstrating the pixelation of an image (copyright remains with whoever owns the attached image). We don't like the bottom lip in the attached image, but it's just an example.

    I've gone through the whole instruction and probably have understood your requirement.
    So far I've understood I have to use tiny people of different profession and of different corner of the world... The Whole Laughing Lips would be made up of these tiny images.If it is correct I can proceed with the work with your support. Can I request you to provide me some tiny images?

    The attached image was an example of lips, and not just something to copy. It, in itself, does not meet the design brief.
