I am looking for a skilled designer to create a logo for my new online platform. The logo should have a modern and minimalist style that reflects the nature of my business. I would like the logo to be bold and vibrant, yet elegant and sophisticated at the same time.

Skills and experience needed:
- Proven experience in logo design, particularly in creating modern and minimalist designs
- Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create a logo that accurately represents the business
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create a unique and eye-catching logo
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools to create high-quality designs.

Company detail:

In a nutshell, Raise AI is a crowdfunding platform that basically helps entrepreneurs access capital from a wide range of investors to help them invest in early stage start ups. We work with all businesses, but specifically like to work with businesses that have a go-public model in mind (to list with the CSE or TSX-V).

We not only help facilitate the raise of capital at low fees but also offer consulting services around marketing and customer acquisition strategies, dealing with the exchanges and executing the entire go-public strategy.

We have experience working with various stakeholders on the capital markets side structuring deals and helping businesses navigate the complicated go-public space.

That's basically it in a nutshell, the AI element is us using a chat box and machine learning to automate and simplify a lot of these processes so that founders and business owners can spend less time on admin paperwork and more time raising the right capital and deploying it efficiently to help their businesses grow.
