attached is a power point of a teddy bear. i would like it turned into a video with background music and also voice over. the voice over is to sound like a teddy bear talking.
i dont have the images as separate files, you will need to extract them from the power point.

Is the voice-over supposed to say the words in the story? (If so, do you need the subtitles too?) Or act out the individual character voices?
