Kilpailun tehtävänanto

I have a completed floor plan and now need a fully buildable 3-dimensional elevation that looks realistic and photoready. The overall style is modern and minimal, yet I want it grounded with classic, neutral traditional tones so it never feels cold or overly trendy.

Key visual cues I’d like you to weave in:
• Light, natural wooden textures on feature walls, soffits or façade details.
• Clear, transparent glass panels for balustrades and large openings to keep the look airy.

The current floor plan can shift slightly if a small layout tweak helps the elevation read better or improves structural logic, so feel free to propose minor adjustments. What matters is a cohesive, elegant exterior that a contractor can translate straight into construction drawings.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Elevation design jpeg for contest. Other deliverables after winning the contest.
2. A detailed 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, or comparable) showing all sides.
2. At least three high-resolution rendered perspectives—day, dusk, and night lighting.
3. One frontal orthographic elevation with main dimensions so the builder can reference key heights and material breaks.
4. Native file plus exported OBJ/FBX for future edits.

I’ll review the first draft for proportions, material placement, and overall balance. Once approved, you’ll apply final textures, refine lighting, and supply the final renders and model files. Let me know the software you intend to use and an estimated turnaround.
