Western and Japanese Scientist

Hi there, here's my entry. In this illustration, i try to depict western scientist on the shoulder of his mentor, holding some of his papers, and doing dialog (which is represent of close communication) with his mentor. In the other side, the Japanese scientist is in the middle of his experiment, and he holding only one paper ( I try to depict that he is focus on one project). His gesture is showing that he questioning about the works, and wandering what his role model has achieved, and what was the mentor did in his situation.
