Hi, We are also looking at the production of our company profile sheet.

This will be a printed media showcasing our company's products and services which would be presented to our customers during our initial meetup.
I had attached the current sheet which is very outdated as we had recently revamped our entire operations thus the need of a new profile sheet.

I would like our new sheet to be roughly done like that. An A3 size cardboard bi-fold into an A4 size 4 sided brochure.

The pointers in the sheet should reflect (though not limited to) the following:
- Short paragraph describing the company.
- Segmented and visual description of the 4 core offerings of the company (A/V solutions, IT Solutions, Unified Collaborative Communications solutions and also Other Services) with the brands we are representing. The details could be found in our corporate website at http://kasturi.com.sg.
- a short description on our customer engagement process
-Our project and customer references
- A diagram showing how our services can be integrated to providing a one stop solution to our customers.
-and of course our detailed contact details.

The entire project should compliment the current website we have and to project a strong stable and professional brand of the company.
The submitted work should be high resolution and ready for print. (P.S. The final submission need to be in an editable copy, preferably in Publisher format)

Q&A:

Do you wish to have it in A3 or A4 size? Could you specify the printer bleed dimensions so that I can have the idea of the resolution and aspect ratio?

Ans: we would be printing the project on normal colour multi-function printers for now. So I guess a normal 1200dpi max resolution would suffice. The artwork would be printed on an A3 sheet (front and back) which would in turn folded into half to make an A4 brochure. Just like the Westcon sample I had provided. With regards to the content and copy, I'll let you surprise me, i guess as long as the guidelines in my previous message are met, it should be pretty ok.
