We’re looking for a logo for a Vancouver (Canada) -based realtor that works across print, social, and signage. It should be bold, simple, and recognisable from a distance, and strong enough to work as a stand-alone brand mark.

We’ve included some AI examples, but they’re too busy - we want something cleaner that works in different colourways and in single colour.

Style direction:
- Stamp-like feel
- Clean, bold, timeless rather than detailed

Elements we’d like to explore (but simplicity comes first):
Silhouette of a man and a dog (see reference photos)

- Vancouver based realtor so ideally include mountains, ocean
- Utilise the Vancouver mountain scape if possible (ref pics attached)
- Happy to drop elements if they make the design too busy
