We need a talented artist who can design an original character named “Axios”.

You are not required to create any animation, but we need the art provided to be usable for creating tween animations. Please read this entire document carefully. Please ask questions before starting your work to be sure you understand.

Please follow these instructions carefully so you can avoid doing any unnecessary work.

Step 1: Design an image
Create one static image of the character, ¾ front perspective.

Step 2: Design a series of faces
Create one static image, includes 6 distinct faces, ¾ front perspective. Express the following 6 emotions: furiously angry, slightly mad, pensive, confused, embarrassed, happy

Step 3: Design a series of perspective
Create one state image, including the full character in front, ¾ front, profile, ¾ back, and back perspective.

Step 4: Deliver all required art in layers
At this point we will ask you to deliver the full project, with everything rendered into separate layers. We will take this art and assemble some sample animations in After Effects at this point.

Step 5: Final tweaks
Based on the results on our sample animations we may ask you to adjust the art as needed. These tweaks should all be relatively minor at this point.

After each step please allow us to review your work. This will allow you to avoid unnecessary work, and allow us to catch potential issues early.

We are looking for a collaborative partner who can have fun with this project, and add their own unique voice to the character. We welcome your ideas and contributions.
