Background Info: This design will be put on the back of a T Shirt for a college fraternity social event.The event is at New Orleans, LA centered around BOURBON STREET. Think college partying and funny PG-13 related ideas.

What I want:
Setting: Bourbon street sign (bars, street, road, night time)
I picture guys throwing beads at girls from the 2nd story of a bar railing - down onto the street. (Be funny/goofy with it, have a girl about to lift her shirt)
College partying so the cartoon characters are having a good time
No alcohol or drug usage
Maybe put some new orleans culture in it like a smiling crawfish and jazz music.
Mardi Gras colors are bonus (green, yellow, purple)
Have fun with it and be goofy
