Contest Brief

Hello,

I need the attached files converted to cartoon avatars. Here is the style I like, but I am actually looking for your input:

When I choose a winner, please send me raw files (either PSD or AI) so I can edit the files if needed.

This guy is the definition of the word "picky". A nightmare for developers, his eyes won't miss a single bug. Really dedicated when he has to, but can slack off if possible. Plays lots of WoW in spare time.

The loudest guy in the gang. When he's working on something, he is as calm as a breeze and everyone thinks he's sick then. Code wizard, born with a keyboard. Loves junk food and anime.
