Use whatever technology you feel comfortable with to:

1. collect the # of minutes each person in the zoom meeting spent talking (use the attentiveness score)
2. collect the # of minutes each person was actually in the zoom app (attention tracking)
3. Create some UI that shows a table where each entry holds:
* participant email
* # minutes spent talking
* # minutes spent paying attention

Feel free to actually push your work to their marketplace. Once I'm able to test your plugin via Zoom, then I'll reward the money in return for the code base
