i have an existing website www.Commercialmls.net and it has been done in frontpage for years. i would like to update our website to be me friendly for updating information and content. i would like to have it look great and easy to search, input.

My scope would be an easy back of house to login and add new properties, prices and addresses and pictures and pdfs for people to download. the site would easily reorder properties by price, would need to (on the back of house) once we put in a property it would need a classification check box to have it appear on pages as to being: office, retail, industrial, vacant land, multi-family, Mobile Home/ RV Parks, Investment, Solds and Specialty as well as ability to create more classifications. will need about us page, Sales Page, Listings Page, Helpful Links and Partners Page, Buy/ Sell Contact us Page...

currently i have links on all my pictures that open the pdfs i have stored on our site. i would love to have an email capture or sign up that would ask people to sign up for periodic updates and new properties (popup when they go to listings); a search page would be great to allow them to search by category and also by price.

i envision a e-commerce site without the check out and pay but with a "cart of likes". more of a put properties they like in a cart and then at the end or by clicking on a property they can download a pdf or ask for more information

I was working on your site and prepared a responsive menu, cart option w/ no check out, log-in/sign up; and search data base when your contest was GUARANTEED. Now it appears it is not and is only FEATURED. I'm glad I refreshed and noticed before the design was finished and it was submitted! Why did you remove being guaranteed?

Rick, It might be more beneficial for you to put this up as a project instead of a contest. With a contest, you're essentially asking for freelancers to develop the entire website and submit it for the chance to be chosen.

I myself have several years of experience with web development and design, and specific experience in working within the real estate industry (I worked for Top Producer and Move Inc).

I would be more than happy to submit a design for the site, but developing the actual code behind it would take more time than a contest allows.
