I am building a healthcare consulting business that will provide operational, financial, and supply chain consulting and advisory services, as well as, knowledge transference and workforce training. I need a website that is designed to not only detail my offerings but showcase what makes us different (SEE ATTACHED SUMMARY). Very few, if any, consulting companies offer this combination of services as a package (usually sold separately) and defiantly not the training! I also want to have the website designed where hospitals can UPLOAD DATA elements (like survey monkey so I can build a active data repository on my end) and they can measure their performance and access some "free" advise around specific topics. I would also like to have some type of blog capability and provide links into specialty professional organizations.
My goal is to create this offering as a series of educational modules that focus in specific medical specialty areas such as; Perioperative Services (surgery), Supply Chain, Cardiac, Interventional Radiology, etc. that address three core work streams: Cost, Revenue, and Operations. Because this knowledge is not normally garnered academically it is my intent to create the modules with in-bedded short and long-term training so it becomes part of the consulting project and allows post consulting "stickiness". I also want to use something like we "leave the customer better than we found them" as a tag line. Essentially it would be designed as FOCUSED IMPACT - Surgery; FOCUSED IMPACT - Supply Chain, etc.

PLEASE DO NOT JUST INSERT SOME STANDARD TEMPLET WITH PICTURES. I WANT A WELL THOUGHT OUT WEBSITE THAT IS MODERN, WITH A COLOR SCHEME THAT WORKS WITH MY LOGO WHICH IS ATTACHED. I ALSO WANT AN AREA FOR BLOGGING, WEBINARS, BENCHMARKS, AND SUCCESS STORIES.
