I need a very detailed illustration for the physical box cover of a board game. More reference images and info about the game here: https://www.facebook.com/TheTyrant.info

The illustrations must go in tune with the one we already have for the mobile App version (see attached files), and similar in perspective/point of view/quality of the cover for the game Small World: http://diario.liquidoxide.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/06/smallworld_cover.jpg

ILLUSTRATION DETAILS:
The illustration should include a tyrant (attire and face features as per App) on the edge of this tropical island with fists up and defensive face expression, 2 coastguards boats, 5 green boats with people coming from five strips of land trying to reach the island. Multicultural, no weapons, no discriminative on race or sex. The game is about a pacific "intervention". Tropical green/blue waters around island, with some sandy spots, and then darker waters beyond, very blueish skies that get dissolved at the horizon, maybe a curved horizon due to perspective (fish eye lens style),... etc. You should include some "action", like people trying to land, maybe others been stopped by the coastguards, etc. Give a dynamic view to the image. Very important the use of 3 dimensionality in it with the use of different planes. Final color and detail quality as the one in Small World.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Work should be completely finished, ready to print. If created in Photoshop, Illustrator or similar, WE WILL REQUIRE the original .psd .il files for all digital or vector created images. Send your finals ALSO as jpg, tiff, or similar files. Original size required is a square illustration min. 4000x4000pixels at 300dpi resolution. All full author's copyrights will be transferred to us as soon as you get fully paid.

PAYMENT
I will pay only if I find an illustration that I like, and it's not a sealed contest so people can compete with others' quality. I recommend to send a quick preliminary b&w drawing, maybe with some basic tones, to be able to evaluate it and move it forward.

If I believe the final rendering and quality is worth the wait, I could extend the time to fully finish it.
