Hello all,

This is from an architectural development company, called Smart A&C. We are planning on developing our property into a boutique hotel in Ktown, LA, consisting 175 units. The building consists two basements and 6 stories on top of that (refer to the attached section). I would like to see your creative exterior design of the hotel. We would like to see the building in modern, edgy, trendy and of course beautiful exterior design.
I am giving you a freedom to play around with the interior layout that you can decide on where things go (which could affect the exterior look). You do not even need to be bounded by the provided room layout.

You might want to take into consideration that
1st Floor should consist
: Meeting rooms, lobby, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, elevators, egress, trash room.
2nd Floor should consist
: Recreation rooms, and bedrooms.
From 3rd to 6th should consist
: Bedrooms
You can also be creative with where pool, gym, and spa are gonna go in the hotel that might affect the look of hotel exterior design.

We are pretty much giving you a freedom to play with it and to be creative with cool exterior design as long as you keep the perimeter of property line.

  We do not need inner space design! We are just giving you a freedom of inner space, which might affect the exterior view. Because sometimes, the layout of inner space restricts the look of the exterior, we were just leaving everything up to you. So, It is totally up to you if you want to change the inner space or not, as long as the exterior looks cool and eyecatching. I hope this helps. Thank you!

Hello Designers! I just want to clarify that we only need exterior rendering (NO interior rendering). We are just giving you all a freedom to be creative in terms of designing the facade, which might be influenced by the interior layout. We are not looking for something plain stucco building, but something that could become a landmark of LA. You can play with material, size of openings (door, window), outdoor spaces (balcony, pool deck, patio etc.) and etc. I hope you are excited to create something cool and innovative that could become alive in real life!
