  Good evening,
  I proposed a building with two levels. On the first level you have 10 bedrooms, 4 shops, a restaurant + Kitchen + cold room... On the second level you also have 10 bedrooms, 4 shops, a yoga room and a gym. As the site is in a hot climate, I proposed a building envelope that has a high inertia of 52 cm (BTS). I covered the glass openings with balconies.
