I need a biker website

My Motorcycle Club is holding a "Talent Show" the event is call M.C Talent show focusing on rappers/Singers. For participants of the show I want them to Preregister on my website paying the cost of $25 per person.
I want to host other biker events and have attendee prepay for tickets on my website also, like a ticket master. I need to link the site to my PayPal account.
I want to be able to upload photos of the events onto the website. I also need a terms and conditions page along with this. On the home page I would like to display my clothing line also maybe somewhere along the side of the page. I need the back drop is display motorcycles all kinds.
