I’m putting together a friendly “Battle of the Boards” after-hours dual mixer for two local Chambers of Commerce on Tuesday, May 19, 5:30–8:30 PM, and I need a flyer that sparks interest the moment members see it. The graphic should feel modern and professional—something the chamber community can proudly share—yet with a hint of the energetic, game-show atmosphere we’ll create during the night.
This event is being a held at an actual concert theatre, so the game show portion will be done on-stage with full production- lights, cameras, audio, emcee, etc.

I’m picturing a balanced palette that blends bold accents with more neutral, executive tones so the artwork stands out on social posts while still looking polished on printed programs, name badges, and a step-and-repeat banner. Specific symbols are open to your imagination; if a subtle nod to quiz buzzers or classic commerce imagery helps tell the story, go for it, but clean lines and a memorable mark matter most. It should have an element of surprise of what the "Battle of the Boards" is all about, intriguing board members, ambassadors, and chamber members to attend. We will also have special guests, both city mayors, a few councilmen and potentially some major investors from both chambers.

One chambers logo colors are red, white & blue. The second chamber's logo colors are green and white. The concert theatre's logo will also need to be on the flyer. Logo color is blue and white. Their ACTUAL logos will need to be on the flyer and will be provided to the winning designer for the final copy.

I also need a space for an image of the emcee for the evening, as he will be highlighted to draw interest.

Timeline is tight. I’d like to approve a first round of concepts within 2 weeks, so collateral can roll out well before the May 19 event, starting with a save the date teaser in February. Final deliverables should include:

• Full-color vector logo (AI/SVG)
• One-color and reversed variants for versatile use
• High-resolution PNG/JPEG files for web and print

If you have availability to jump in right away and can deliver a refined, eye-catching flyer that chambers and attendees alike will rave about, I’d love to see your approach.
