I'm looking for a professional freelancer who will create banners for my website http://goo.gl/qxtIuo

Intro: As you can see there are 3 Slider banners. These banners should made a category advertisment like here: http://goo.gl/KreGUl
And small banners should advertise the products. So I would like to start with the Big Scroll one.

Task:

1) I need to create banner for my scroll to advertise Category Cars & Accessories.
2) As a image you may use this product for example goo.gl/PbcHYo (THIS IS EXAMPLE! YOU MAY USE ANY IMAGE)
3) Also your ideas reagarding my Category Cars & Accessories will be appreciated. All other products also in this category.
4) You may use text to attract the buyers like 20% discount on all products, Car doctor e.t.c. Any fantasy appreciated.
5) Please be sure that the banner design should be WELL LOOKED in my store design.

P.S. I'm looking for a life time banner creator. After I will choose the design we will create 5 banners more!

Also I didn't ask to use MS509 OBD scanner image, it was like an example.
