Hi ... Need a simple banner ad created for a real estate company... Create in PNG or JPG (whichever is smallest file).

I'll also need the original psd file at completion to make any necessary changes/updates.

banner must be 275 width x 300 height

I want the following words on it:

I've included some examples of what I like... I've also attached my logo below (The Property Bar) so you can see my colors. I'd like my logo in the ad as well.

The designs look great ... The banner ad will be going onto a website with a white background ... Some of the designs here are great, but may not flow well on a white background. Can I see some other options?
