Looking for some animated graphic elements for my YouTube videos.

I make flight simulation videos, and i need some animated graphic elements to put airport names in, weather conditions and so on. As stated, see the video above, something like that is what i am looking for.

Only thing i absolutely need, is for the elements to be easy for me to edit with the information i need in them.
