Build a viewAI to identify human skin.

The AI will get an image (or short video 10 sec..) in which
there will be a few shows of female human bare skin.
The areas that are relevant, will be defined in each sample by x,y to x,y square.
The AI will improve its forecast as new samples keep arriving.

AI should be able to run on an android 6 and above device
can get and receive images by url, json of signed areas
and send forcast per image in a json of signed areas to display.

AI can also work in pass mode and send an answer from higher AI and transmit its answer.
AI can export his set of weights and as definition to make json script, that upon reading it will create the current AI state in another machine.

MileStone
=========
I. Build an android 6 basic app that can get an image and return answer x,y pairs in format of JSON.
II. add to this app a basic open source based AI engine, to identify the bare human skin.
III. add to the AI the ability to get and learn from an Image+JSON file of signed places. (done by human viewer)
IV. Supply 89% accuracy in answers given (89% in compare to human viewer given input)
V. add an export/import abilities.
