Contest Brief

Hi all,

Please see the attached image, this is a rough sketch of a logo idea I need bringing to life digitally.
The sketch is just a basic idea and there are several elements to adjust as follows:

1. The interlocking 'TAC' letters I would like more square, they are a little short and 'squashed' in the sketch.
2. The text underneath the 'TAC' reads 'Time and Change', I need a totally unique scroll type text for this as I would also like to use this text standalone to the full logo. Text should be same width as 'TAC' letters above.
3. 'EST MMXIV' needs to be in a simple stylish font, nothing fancy.
4. Triangle is a little off centre in the sketch, this needs to be centred and completely symmetrical.

I need the final digital logo to be fully resizeable, and I think that covers everything.
I look forward to seeing the entries.
