I have a website called www.thepropertyinvestmentcompany.com we take investment from people and group it with other people in the shelter of a company.
We then invest that fund in a property. we are looking for a infographic to display the process.
We wish to explain the process
Show how we get paid but not shout about it.
Show how the property earns rent and can be mortgaged to pay out investors while still been owned by investors.
show how the value of the property can increase with time and thus make the investor money

Hi Paul,

Hope your are doing fine. I would like to share this info: If you are using and have a Wix account you can use two easier ways to import or create the flowchart. 1 can be through a simple jpg image 2 can be using the edit Wix options and create the flowchart. Both are really simple if you need help let me know.

in addition to our fee we also hold 10% of the company
so if there was a way to show this as well it would be great
there is rental income on the property and also we go for a mortgage which hands back a large portion of the investment to the investor so if there was a way to include that it would be good
