Hi there, I have the contest details and your comments below - thankyou for all the information. Could you please clarify this: what is the heritage of the Amser family? For example, is it American Indian, Nordic, Australian Aboriginal etc? Also, is your protagonist currently living in the USA? (I see that you are based there). I note the Latin inclusion (from the original Greek) - so can I assume it is some kind of European heritage? Will help with the flavour of the piece.

  The main character will be a young boy, around age 7. He is the youngest of the Amser family. All male characters of this family can travel through time. The spell is used whenever they wish to travel back in time to a certain place and time. Hope this helps, SommaBaby13!
