Shopping center preliminary design
Our building is part of the movement of monumentality but also it is a bioclimatic building. The structure of the building is a mixed steel-concrete construction. Its envelope is made of exposed brick 0.22 m wide. Natural lighting is provided by large windows and transoms but also by skylights with high ground floor and first floor floors (because without a skylight the lighting is very weak (see FLJ Shops file)). Natural cross ventilation is through the window.
