Greetings. In my first proposal I've tried simple and basic. The central open to sky landscape area will provide green views to all the blocks of each floor. The restaurant can have three direction green view, the lawn next to it can also be used as outdoor dining. All condos are well ventilated from the side of corridors too. The Common areas like lift, staircase, corridor, lobby are not included in the FAR, correct me if wrong. The building is placed adjacent to the main road for easy access for pedestrians. Ten extra parking is provided in the stilt, correct me if its free of FAR or not. The structure is RCC. Siding materials are ACP, corrugated metal sheet, wooden planks or lookalike HPCL panels. Please revert back with your feedback. Also correct me as I am afraid my design is not as per the local building bye laws/norms. Once we cross this basic stage I'll provide proper architectural dwgs. quickly. Meanwhile Im working on rooftop restaurant & recreation.
