Font choice is very important when designing a logo for a company involved in tech, research, results, pioneered thought and science. A font or design that is chosen should not out-date any time soon, as it represents the brand as a constant forerunner ahead of times. Especially with regards to IT solutions and SEO etc. This font and logo element wont out-date and will remain clean and corporate enough holding its longevity. Attached a logo mock-up on the existing web header on their homepage in the second slide.

This is presented in horizontal placed format...if client likes, I can present all formats which would be beneficial in branding when it comes to print, web and business card/stationery rollout.
