As you asked for we change the privacy of the project by raising walls from your actual structure so you won´t have problems with the construction, we want to keep the more natural light possible for your space & natural ventilation for the grill / fireplace -Change for a complete deck floor & a bigger living room in the center -All the volumes like the stair & central wall can made as you said with lighter materials so we propose a metallic structure covered with multiply finished thus the structure have many uses like shelves (living room) gas installation (fireplace & grill) & cupboard (grill & private space) -we want to create like you saw, multiply spaces for the project from circulations to resting Hope you really like it !
