The partner's network - it's mean friend's network (1st and 2nd levels).
#15 not same as #13 .
#15 simply mean that user will be able to earn money from friend's network to his account on websit and then get money to his PayPal account.
User will be able to earn up to 40% of our income from user's friend's network.
Don't hesitate to ask that you don't understand or too much complex explanation.
You can use skp for promt connection, edwardvd72.

Hello Eddy,
Could you please explain point #15? Is it the same as #13 except that the THB will be received directly to the user's payPal account? What is the partner's network? His network of friends? Or does it simply mean that we receive 40% of the THB earned by him directly into our Paypal? Please let me know and sorry for the trouble.

1. What is the index page and logo for? Are they to be used somewhere?
2. Why are some actions bold and some highlighted in the doc?
3. In case of the FAQ actions, only the answers need to be illustrated, yes?
4. Freelancer allows only a final design handover, does it not? How shall I send the images for your review then? Also, how can I attach a rough draft if I have a doubt?
5. By when would you need this done?
