Sub-penthouse condo. Proposal 1
Hello! Considering your requirements I present this proposal, however I can make the changes you ask, I'd love to know your opinion about it so I can do something much closer to the design you need. I attached three files, the first is the floor plan with the layout I'm proposing. Then there is the image named "1" which is an exemple of this layout, the imagen named "2" is the same layout but the walls are sectioned so you can have a better look of the interior of each space. Also I have some questions about the windows: are they all floor to ceiling windows? Is it possible to change the number of glass panels or their size? If you have any question or requirement don't hesitate on asking me.

I really like how you incorporated a WIC, workspace and bathroom in with the master bedroom in a very unique way. I do wish the north facing view was more open to the condo though. Thanks for the entry
