  Hello Pamela, this looks good; there's just a lot of competition and they are looking to the instructions and the folders and images to tell a story vs just bullet points. the right side one looks great whereas the left side one looks like a lot of bullet points in the middle area. Notice how the right tells the story of an inspection and images you used (good work); whereas the left side looks like calloway is just another roofer trowing in their number into the hat of availability. hope that helps
