Don't make me laugh even more please. If I am judging wrong then wait and see for his costumers. Let me explain some things to you because you clearly don't understand ... Banner on moving car should be READABLE you will be lucky if they read his address because it is only thing readable on this design. Fonts up are right and are just for this design you should make a space between them so it is more clear... and for the middle I won't even start ... That was my final I wont even bother opening another discussion on this. Cheers!

The size of the billboard is 28'x20'. As long as it maintains that ratio its good. We send the graphics off and they print it out on large canvas sheets.

You could do that or a completly new design. I really have no preference either way. If you can take that design and fix it up and make it look awesome then go for it. If you want to start over and do a new design thats awesome too!
